Tax advisory

Tax positions that hold up, and that fit the business.

Tax advice is only worth having if it is practical to implement and defensible afterwards. We work from the actual transactions and the actual structure.

Most tax questions arrive attached to a business decision: a new market, a new shareholder, a cross-border supply chain, a distribution, an employee relocating to the Netherlands. We answer them in that context, in plain language, and set out what the position requires in the administration.

Where a matter calls for a specialist — a specific ruling, a valuation, a legal opinion — we say so and coordinate that work rather than stretch beyond what we can properly cover.

Scope

Where we advise.

  • Corporate income tax
  • VAT
  • International VAT
  • Tax planning
  • Shareholder matters
  • Dividend tax
  • Cross-border transactions
  • 30% ruling
  • Coordination with specialists

Our position

We advise conservatively where the risk sits with the client, and thoroughly where there is genuine room to structure well.

Compliance obligations, filing calendars and documentation are part of the advice, not an afterthought. A position that cannot be evidenced is not a position we recommend.
